a mathemathical equation

(1 ) still sleeping after an all night gaming tourney brother, who had somehow made his way into his mother's bed

+

(1 ) wide awake younger brother with a grudge from the previous night and a brand new baritone at point blank range

=

(2) people jumping out of bed in a panic and no need for any further caffeine.

And a possibly permanent hearing loss to boot.

My classroom is steps away from the band room.

I feel for you. I really do.

Should sleep overs be encouraged or discouraged? One friend is better than two, surely? Prevents picking sides. Not too much junk food, but can you help it? Can you threaten them if they won't go to sleep? With what? Separate them?

I am glad I am past this stage, I tell you.

Don't you think a good sense of humor is really a survival tool?

My apologies – I am laughing.

Sorry about the hearing loss, but at least you don't need your ears to hear our laughter on your blog!

How did the sleepovers go? I am in the middle of one right now. Things seem pretty calms, but I just got back from taking them nighttime swimming. Nothing like getting rid of some energy!

As for your post yesterday, you know my feelings on that. If there are two parents in the house, I want (at a minimum) to meet both parents. Texan spouse says, yes, your are anal retentive, but not wrong!

Hugs!
