back to the worry beads

The surgery went well. It took a while to get all of the lump out, but they're pretty sure they did. However, they have no idea what it is. They know it isn't a fatty tumor, which is what I had been hoping really hard for. The pathology report will be back Monday and then we'll know where we stand. In the meantime, I'm going to be sleeping without my four legged cuddle buddy tonight. On the bright side, I get to pick him up in just nine hours. Maybe then my house won't feel so weird.

Please think good thoughts. And thanks for all the great ideas. There's a frozen Kong ball in his immediate future, for him to chew on with his newly cleaned choppers.

And now we wait. Yet again.

Hope that it turns out to be some thing as harmless as a fatty lump, would have been.
You will have your lovely hound back very soon. He looks cute.
Fingers crossed.

I hope it is benign, whatever it is. I hope you get your cuddle partner back soon and enjoy some time together. Don't pinch his chewing stuff! He might be a little upset. :0)

I haven't been over for awhile and all sorts of things happen at your house, but I think in the end everyone will be okay, including the canine and including you , because you're a tough broad and a member of a few select of us. I have good feelings about you, you are a smart and strong woman, you will not fall apart, because you know that there is no proper time to. Cry a little now and then and have a pity party when you blog to us, we can handle that and it is good for you. You will be okay, just wait and see.

There are a lot of benign things it could be, so I hope you can relax some this weekend.

Knitting anyone? I'm knitting the Einstein Coat. Its from a Sally Melville book. Very easy and cool looking. I love how zen like and relaxing knitting can be. Maybe you can pick up some project you have lying around.

Have a great weekend and enjoy your doggie snuggles!
