Sounds like all the usual fun and games chez toi - apart from the last one...eek! Is it you? FG? Or....(please no...) Sasquatch? Call it an early Christmas present!

I've seen photos on the news of the ice storm - looks pretty, but I'm sure it ain't like that when you're stuck in the middle of it. Keep wrapped up - and love those lice - they're living creatures too you know!

Try mousse after you get most of them out, it worked when my littlest one had it when she was 3. It was murder trying to get them out of her curls shaving her head was not an option for her. It was a nightmare, but what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

Oh my. It's you. Isn't it?

Here in Illinois, at least in the middle part where I am, we were "teased" with the "ice storm" but escaped its full brunt.
Thank goodness.

Nice blog. We have a lot in common.

We've been informed that several kids in Princess Perfect's class have headlice. Again. She's free so far ... it's funny but every time I write headlice I actually start scratching my head. There I go again...

If it's you with the headlice, is it good for a couple of days off work. You wouldn't want to re-infect someone you de-liced last week now would you.

My head itches. I must scratch.

It's not me. It's the Film Geek. He only had a couple of nits, and he's hoping maybe they just fell off the comb and weren't really IN his hair. I'm not sure what I think about that, but if that's the hope he clings to who am I to take it away?

I went this morning to have my color touched up and my hairdresser (who is also a friend) went through my hair with a fine toothed comb (at least I know now where all these expressions came from) and she didn't find anything. Maybe for once my curls have helped me out.

I'm moving a little slowly today though. I'm nursing a Bunco champagne headache and my computer is also acting really weird. It took all of my icons off my desktop. I'm going to try and make my usual rounds but am not sure how this is going to work

So glad it's not you, but I feel sorry for the Film Geek. Maybe he's right. Let's hope, anyway.

Oh, I just love those days leading up to Christmas. It almost makes you think there ought to be a law against it. Too much suffering goes into it. Let's just put up the tree and eat a half way decent meal and let that be it. That's enough, don't you think?
