riding the wave

This night has totally gotten away from me, and I'm not entirely sure how. But it has, and I'm going to have to leave the latest installment of my own personal General Hospital for tomorrow's post. I have too much to say to do a rush job and I'll botch it for sure tonight.

In the meantime, thank you all more than I can say for the wonderful comments, emails and other assorted forms of communication regarding the last week's posts. It may have been a roller coaster...but I never felt like I was on the ride alone.

Keep time for yourself.

You have a lot to do and so much of your life involves responsibility for others. Being the good guy and taking the raps.
Some fun time might be good. Loosen those ties a bit. Let it all hang out.
Don't cuddle with anger.
And my advice to me - don't give advice Frances. LOL ;-)

You're not alone. Hang in there.
In your own time...

Sometimes everything is too much for a little while and you have to take a step back and look at it from a distance. You've been inundated with advice, now you better be your own best counselor. Take care of yourself.

I didn't comment or email - just lurked and waited. You're going to be okay - stronger, more you - when this is behind you.
