really not a good day

The sun'll come out tomorrow

Bet your bottom dollar that tomorrow

There'll be sun...

It's possible that today I saw the worst thing I've ever seen in my nursing career, and considering my work experiences that's really saying something. I can't even begin to process it. I don't even know where to begin. I simply cannot go there.

Sweet Jesus.

How quickly the tides turn. Find a furry someone to snuggle with.

I wish I could erase it for you, so that not even a sliver of it would remain in your memory. I am sorry that I can't do that and that you have to live with it. I hope you can talk about it with someone and give it a place. Good luck and all the best. (((hug)))

Sounds horrible, do you have to book to get your debriefing - or do you have set times to talk things over at work?
Hope you get a chance to off-load very soon so you don't have to carry this around with you.

Well I hope today was better. I'm not to crazy about upsetting things. I could never be a trauma nurse, and I could never work with kids who've suffered traumatic injury. I hope it wasn't that.

I'm so sorry about your day. It is amazing how seeing the truly awful can make a drafty old house and hormonal children seem like the most wonderful gifts in the universe!

I see it has been said, but really try to find someone you can talk and process this with soon.

I started walking with a woman a few times a week last year. Now we both know if something is bothering us, we can vent in private and just get it off our chests. Plus a little exercise!

I wish you well!!!

I don't want to imagine what this was about. I hope you have had a better day since, and can begin to see a way of dealing safely with all the stuff. Hugs

Sometimes you just want to rewind the day...
Sometimes you'd settle for rewinding the hour.

((hug)) - belatedly.
