and counting...

In honor of tomorrow's 200th post I thought we could do a different kind of Thursday Three than we normally do. Tonight we're gonna party like it's 199...! We'll be wild! We'll be crazy!

(We'll crawl to our bed dosed up on Ibuprofen because we're so sore from the gym yesterday that we're making scientific history as the first human ever to be in rigor mortis without being dead).

Tomorrow how about if we do three questions from all you sweet things? Anything I haven't spilled my guts about that you're curious about? Half finished stories? Unanswered questions? Now's your chance. ("When are you going to give up this ridiculous blog business?" doesn't count, either. Don't say I didn't warn you).

And not that I'm expecting more than one or two people to jump at this (hi, mom!), but on the off chance that there are a couple of thousand suggestions maybe I'll try and figure out how to put one of those poll-y things on and you could even choose three from the suggestions. I'm not being lazy, honest. It's just that I can't move. Even typing hurts.

Who knew it could feel so good to get healthy?

Hmmm.

1. What's your favorite thing about liberal collegeville?

2. What do you miss about California, besides the weather?

3. How did you meet the Film Geek?

OK, but you may have answered these in some distant post I didn't read:

1. Paper or plastic?

2. Ice cream in a cone or dish?

3. You must spill more on the celebs (and name names where possible).

i'm well aware that "we're going to party like it's 1999" is a Prince song. but you haven't lived until you've heard it covered by the Red Dirt Rangers.

(i wonder if Kaycie knows them?)

i want to know a defining story from your childhood.

"We've gotta turn this train around, boys!"

Does that answer your question, Laurie? They are frequent headliners at the Cherokee Casino in the big city of Catoosa, Oklahoma, which happens to be one of my parents' favorite places. I'm not much of a gambler, so I usually check out the musical acts. Never heard them cover "1999", though. Being a major Prince fan, I can't even imagine it.

Good grief 200 blogs!!

1. How do you find the time to write 200 blogs?

2. Do you put toothpaste on the toothbrush first and then wet it/ wet the brush first or not wet it at all?

3. Do you put shampoo into your hand first or straight onto your head.

200 posts (nearly) - I'm impressed.

Why is exercise so hard? I read in Time magazine that injuries from yoga, yes yoga, are soaring. But that's because there are styles such as Power Yoga and Hip-Hop Yoga etc.

oh, and i want to hear your russia stories.

too funny, kaycie, about the red dirt rangers. i have a couple of their CDs and have seen them two or three times at the woody guthrie festival in okemah.

if i knew how to email an mp3 file i would email you the song. it's worth hearing.

Three questions:

1. Have you experienced the spirit world?

2. Are you dressing up for Halloween?

3. Do you remember your dreams?

Now stop yawning and start celebrating! Congratulations on your 200th post!

Here's to the next 200 and more besides I hope.

laurie...adding an mp3 file to email is just like attaching a pic. need to attach the files but you also have to make sure that your email account and whoever is receiving it account can handle the file. then there's just finding it on the web and emailing the link (lot easier lol).

1. As an ER nurse, what's the weirdest thing you've seen removed from someone's body?

2. What will you do to celebrate reaching your target weight?

3. If you could have a one night stand with anyone, who would it be and where?

A random selection of questions, but that's how I feel at the moment - random!

1) HOW do you find the time to do all this blogging?

2) Do you feel guilty about it?

3) Do you have a cleaning lady/cook/childminder/driver/mom living next door?

When are you getting another car, and what is it going to be?

What if money were no object, and if kids were NEVER going to step foot in it?

When can I pencil in our next day at Zuma?

Congratulations on 200!!!
